Abstract:Using Zn-dipyrrins as photocatalysts involves exciting an intramolecular charge-transfer (ICT) state and intersystem crossing (ISC). To optimize the catalyst, studying ISC branching pathways competing with fluorescence and internal conversion (IC) is essential.
