Abstract:SUMMARY Exfoliative erythroderma refers to the skin that is diffusely red and inflamed with varying degrees and types of scaling. There are many causes of erythroderma, but the most common are exacerbations of an underlying skin disease, drug reactions and underlying malignancies.
