Abstract: Hyperactivation of YAP/TAZ, the Hippo pathway downstream effectors, is common in human cancer. The requirement of YAP/TAZ for cancer cell survival in preclinical models, prompted the development of pharmacological inhibitors that suppress their transcriptional activity.
