Expedited Route to Fully Substituted Amino-Pyrazole Building Blocks and Their Further Transformations

Abstract: We report here an efficient and easily reproducible two-step approach to heterocycle-substituted amino-pyrazoles from heterocyclic acetonitriles and their unprecedented subsequent transformations to fully substituted pyrazoles.
