Abstract:THE ARTICLE EXAMINES THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF SOCIAL INSURANCE AND SOCIAL PROTECTION IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND UZBEKISTAN. MODELS OF SOCIAL INSURANCE AND THEIR FEATURES, AS WELL AS THE POSSIBILITIES OF APPLYING FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN OUR COUNTRY, HAVE BEEN STUDIED IN THE WORLD. DURING THE PANDEMIC, SOCIAL SECURITY PROTECTION SYSTEMS WERE STUDIED AND DEFINITIONS DEVELOPED.
