Abstract:A clinical case demonstrates the possibility of using inhaled nitric oxide therapy in myocardial infarction. This method was connected to ongoing intensive therapy due to the lack of positive dynamics, persistent symptoms of cardiogenic shock, pulmonary edema and arterial hypoxemia. The result was a positive effect.
