Abstract:This study aimed to analyze and gain an in-depth understanding of the experiences pertaining to successful aging in middle-aged women in South Korea. A sample of 12 middle-aged women, capable of sharing their lived experiences, was divided into three age-based groups: those in their 40s, those in their 50s, and those aged 60–65 years.
