Test results relating to ,the performance of the pressure suppression system used for the semiscale isothermal blowdown test series are analyzed. The semiscale test system is a nonnuclear, subscale representation of a four-loop pressurized water reactor, and is used for blowdown tests pertinent to water reactor safety analysis. The pressure suppression system in the subject test series provides modeled PWR containment pressure response for the blowdown experiments which simulate loss-of-coolant accident conditions. I configuration, PSS fluid conditions, and coupling with the primary system. Extrapolation
