Experimental 2D characterization of the electromagnetic field distribution scattered by an EBG cylinder

Abstract: Experimental characterization of the electromagnetic field behind a cylindrical obstacle covered with an Electromagnetic Band-Gap (EBG) structure consisting of a width-modulated microstrip line on a flexible dielectric substrate is described.
