Abstract:Metal matrix composites (MMCs) are increasingly used across various manufacturing sectors, including automotive, defense, and aerospace, due to their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, lightweight properties, high strength, and appreciable hardness when combined with suitable reinforcing materials.
