Experimental Study of Thermal Performance of a Flat Loop Heat Pipe

Abstract: Thermal management is an important issue for electronic cooling application. Choosing an efficient cooling technique depends on thermal performance, reliability, manufacturing cost, and prospects for minimization of packaging cost.
