Experimental study on step characteristics of inchworm linear micro-actuator

Abstract: Few studies have quantitatively analyzed the relationship among the step distance, the driving voltage, and driving frequency of the inchworm linear microactuator, which cannot achieve accurate control of the micro-actuator.
