Abstract: This paper takes interface friction theory and tool wear theory as the starting point and proposes an experimental study on the wear mechanism of cemented carbide tools under different cutting conditions. Titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V material is selected as the object of study, and its corresponding tool grade YG8, in addition to setting up two groups of control tools, S30T and YW2, and at the same time to determine the experimental workpiece materials and experimental equipment.
