Abstract: Copper-zinc-tin Cu2ZnSn (CZT) thin films are promising materials for solar cell applications. This thin film was deposited on a fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) using an electrochemical deposition hierarchy. X-ray diffraction of thin-film studies confirms the variation in the structural orientation of CZT on the FTO surface.
