Abstract: This research investigates the mechanical, thermomechanical, and shape memory properties across 12 configurations of shape memory hybrid composites, varying in carbon fiber orientation: uni-directional (UD), bi-directional-Twill (BDT), and bi-directional-Plain (BDP), and multi-walled carbon nanotube weight percentages of 0.4%, 0.6%, and 0.8% elucidate the synergistic effects of fiber architecture and nanomaterial reinforcement.
