Exploring the association between Body Mass Index, Sex and Gene Expression in human colorectal epithelium

Abstract: Introduction Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second most common cause of cancer death globally. Genome-wide association studies have established that cancer risk mediated through common genetic variants can be linked to variation in gene expression.
