Purpose Public and private sector organisations are widely endorsing digital transformation processes, but little is known about the level of digitalisation of an organisation as a whole. The purpose of this paper is to develop a framework to assess an organisation’s level of digital transformation as a whole, taking the field of museums as an exemplary case of application. Design/methodology/approach The framework draws upon a scoping literature review of studies examining dimensions, metrics and methods for the assessment of the digital transformation of organisations. The framework has been validated by applying it to a sample of 400 Italian museums and further interviews with museum directors. Findings The authors propose an assessment framework composed of five main dimensions: people, technology, process, customer and strategy and investment. These dimensions are further deployed in sub-dimensions measured through a set of questions. The weighted average of results per dimension and sub-dimension supported the development of a composite index of organisational digital readiness. Originality/value The developed framework contributes to the current debate on the measurement of an organisation’s level of digital transformation as a whole, and it can offer practitioners a managerial tool to assess the organisation’s digital readiness.

Background With the improvement in the living standards, China’s health insurance under the social security system cannot satisfy people's diversified and high-level demands. Therefore, it is necessary to promote commercial health insurance (CHI). This study identifies driving paths of CHI in China from configuration perspective. Methods This study innovatively constructs an analysis framework based on the Technology-Organization-Environment theory to investigate the driving path of China's commercial health insurance. Using the data of 31 provincial regions of China in 2018, the fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) is employed for configuration analysis. For the robustness analysis of necessary condition, we also adopt the Necessary Condition Analysis. Results Three main findings are discovered. First, there is no necessary relationship between any condition and high or not-high performance of CHI and any condition. Nevertheless, there are three sufficient configurations, TOE strategy, GA-EA-CD strategy, and dual EA-CD strategy, to achieve high performance, and another three, TMC-EA-CD strategy, TI-EA strategy, and TI-TMC-EA strategy, to reach not-high performance. Second, technological conditions (TI and TMC) and EA are relatively more important than other conditions. Third, it is confirmed that the financial expenditure of government departments has a negative effect on the development of commercial health insurance. Conclusion There are configurations or pathways to achieve high or not-high performance of promoting CHI and key factors are identified successfully. Each region should choose the driving path suitable for itself, instead of making homogenization policies and replicating policies of regions with high performance. Besides, TC and EA as key factors should be overcome. Finally, the governments should formulate policies to systematically evaluate social insurance and CHI simultaneously and promote their coordinated development.

Tren investasi telah berubah secara signifikan akibat imbas keberadaan pandemi COVID-19. Investasi tradisional seperti tabungan dan deposito tampak tidak lagi semenarik sebelumnya. Ledakan teknologi yang diakibatkan oleh adanya pandemi, mempromosikan berbagai investasi gaya baru menggunakan teknologi seperti saham, cryptocurrency, dan emas yang bisa dikelola melalui aplikasi daring. Meski investasi untuk ketiga jenis ini sudah menjadi perbincangan viral di Tanah Air, banyak orang Indonesia yang masih memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang terbatas di era baru investasi. Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Maranatha Indonesia bermaksud melaksanakan Corporate Social Responsibility melalui Program Pengabdian Masyarakat dengan mendidik masyarakat Indonesia tentang topik di era baru investasi digital, dan secara khusus ingin mempertimbangkan faktorfaktor apa pun yang terkait dengan investasi di saham, cryptocurrency, dan emas dengan cara yang benar. Niat ini telah diwujudkan dengan mengadakan Webinar Gratis yang terbuka untuk semua orang di Indonesia meskipun tidak terbatas hanya untuk mereka yang ada di Indonesia dengan topik “The Investment Puzzle: Stocks, Cryptocurrency, or Gold In The High Tech Era”. Webinar ini telah terlaksana pada hari Sabtu, 19 Juni 2021 melalui Aplikasi Zoom dan disiarkan juga melalui YouTube Channel Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Maranatha. Jumlah pendaftar mencapai 898 orang namun yang hadir dalam realisasinya adalah 462 peserta dari segala jenis kalangan dan masyarakat luas. Selain telah terpublikasi melalui YouTube, acara Webinar ini juga telah terpublikasi dalam bentuk berita di MCU News dan artikel di Kompasiana.
