Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between college students' motivation for sports participation, physical activity volume, conscious exercise benefits, and healthy physical fitness.
Method: A random sampling survey method was used to obtain a total of 3700 questionnaires for college students in the Chengdu and Chongqing regions of western China, and SPSS 21.0 was used to statistically process the data obtained.
