Exploring the Skills Set Development and its Job Market Relevance of the HND Purchasing and Supply Programme

Abstract: The study explores the skills set development and its job market relevance of the HND (Higher National Diploma) purchasing and supply programme in Ghana, using a grounded theory methodology.
