Abstract: Background: Lumbar spinal stenosis is a common degenerative condition, especially in older adults, leading to significant morbidity. Age, gender, and lumbar level variations in spinal canal width are critical in assessing stenosis risk. Many patients exhibit radiographic narrowing without clinical symptoms.
