Abstract:We report on a case of a young female suffering from both obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and a severe underlying cardiac disease. Due to the somatic comorbidity, treatment according to guidelines with exposure and reaction prevention was not initially conducted, due to potentially fatal risks to the patient.
