Abstract:Recently, the immunotherapeutic treatment of ovarian cancer is of much concern. This is due to the discovery of the signaling pathway of the PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoints, which are capable of controlling autoimmune response severity and duration.
The aim of the study is to determine the dependence of PD-1/PD-L1 expression on the proliferative activity of high-grade serous ovarian cancer cells.
