Expression of tight junction transmembrane protein Claudin-1 in gastric carcinoma and effects on tumor cell proliferation, invasion and migration

Abstract: Background: Claudin-1 is involved in various cancers, but its expression and role in gastric carcinoma remain unclear. Materials and Methods: Gastric carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues were harvested from 60 patients. Claudin-1 expression was detected by RT-qPCR.
