Extensive systemic metastases from primary central nervous system haemangiopericytoma

Abstract: Primary intracranial tumours rarely metastasise outside of the central nervous system (CNS). This report describes a rare case of recurrent meningeal haemangiopericytoma with extensive systemic metastases, which eventually resulted in a fatal outcome.
