Abstract:Cerebrovascular accidents occur in elderly patients in whom neurodegenerative changes increase the risk of vascular permeation and concomitant intracranial bleeding. In rare cases, intracerebral massive hemorrhage happens in hospitalized patients with apparently stable clinical picture.
