Abstract:Background
Bone defect causes softening of bone, reduction of bone density and mass, and degenerating bone microstructure which directly leads to bone fractures. Tissue-derived engineered cell-seeded hydrogel scaffolds are considered a promising strategy for the treatment of such defects.
