Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation in 34 days old infant with SARS-COV-2 associated pneumonia

Abstract: We present a case of successful veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO) in infant with SARS-COV-2 associated pneumonia. To the best of our knowledge, this patient was the youngest infant successfully discharged after the VA-ECMO for COVID-19. We report one complication of ECMO support, which was bleeding from the site of the radial artery cannulation.
