Extragonadal endodermal sinus tumor (yolk sac tumor) of the pelvis

Abstract: A case of endodermal sinus tumor of extragenital origin in a 18‐month‐old boy is reported, the second case in the literature. Treatment and clinical course, in addition to histologic aspects of this neoplasm, are discussed. The pertinent literature has been reviewed.
