Abstract:Folliclular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is an extremely rare neoplasm originating from folliclular dendritic cells, both nodally and extranodally. Its primary presentation as a large colonic mass is rare and can be misdiagnosed as epithelial tumor/soft tissue tumor both clinically and through histomorphology.
