Abstract:Rosai-Dorfman-Destombes disease (RDD) is an uncommon histiocytic disorder of unknown aetiology. Extranodal involvement occurs in a significant proportion of patients but involvement of the kidney is rare. Here we present a case report of extranodal RDD of the kidney.
