Extraordinary Optical Reflection from Annular Dielectric Nanorod Arrays

Abstract: Responses of free standing subwavelength annular dielectric nanorod arrays are described. Extreme reflection peaks with high quality factor follow a multiple scattering approach, which can be explained by geometrical resonance.
