Abstract:The Calcifying Cystic Odontogenic Tumor (CCOT) was first described by Gorlin in 1962. Due to its clinical, radiographic, and histopathological variables, it presents a wide variety of terminologies. The present report presents an extraosseous lesion (unrelated to teeth) with totally atypical behavior and a large bone resorption area.
