Abstract:Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) known as undifferentiated and dedifferentiated carcinoma, is a rare, highly aggressive neoplasm. We present an extremely fast growing undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma originating in the thyroid gland in an 80-year-old woman.
