Extruded disc herniation in the posterior epidural space

Abstract: A 59-year-old patient was referred to the radiology department with a history of chronic left cruralgia which was already treated by radiofrequency under fluoroscopy on D12 and L1 roots. Blood tests were normal. The patient had no previous medical or surgical history.
