Fabrication, Characterization and In Vitro Release of Vitexin-Loaded Chitosan Nanoparticles

Abstract: Vitexin is a natural bioactive compound with many functional properties. However, its poor water solubility and dispersion stability and short half-life limit its practical applications for targeting speci c sites.
