Fabrication of fairly efficient solid state dye-sensitized solar cells with a dense blocking layer

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the synthesis, characterization, and electrochemical properties of all solid state dye-sensitized solar cells (SSDSSCs) with a dense TiO 2 layer. The dense TiO 2 layer, which was prepared from titanium hydroxide and titanium tetra isopropoxide precursor, has been characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy.
