“…Prior to textile application, the ex-situ synthesis of g-C 3 N 4 was conducted by thermal condensation of dicyandiamide, melamine, or urea precursors heated to 450 °C, 500 °C, or 550 °C and calcined from 2 to 5 h. Subsequently, the synthesised g-C 3 N 4 was cooled to room temperature and ground into a powder. To prepare g-C 3 N 4 nanosheets, exfoliation was conducted in water [ 46 , 53 ], H 2 SO 4 [ 42 ] or in NaOH [ 44 ] under ultrasonic treatment.
