Facilitating Personal Recovery Through Mindfulness-Based Intervention Among People With Mental Illness

Abstract: Purpose: This pre-pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT) assessed a mindfulness-based intervention (MBI, “REMIND1.0”) during the COVID-19 pandemic.
