FACTORS AFFECTING INDIGENOUS PROCESSING OF CASSAVA INTO FLOUR (Alibo) AMONG RURAL WOMEN IN SHENDAM LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF PLATEAU STATE, NIGERIA

Abstract: This study examined the factors affecting of indigenous processing of cassava into flour (Alibo) among rural women in Shendam local government area of Plateau State, Nigeria.
