Factors Affecting the Implementation of Improved Sanitation in Africa*

Abstract: WN THIS paper an attempt is made to discuss several miscellaneous factors which are crucial to the successful implementation of any improved sanitation system in Africa. In most cases, there is little except a few words of common sense to say.
