Abstract:The hotel industry consists of restaurants, bars, and other away-from-home eating facilities. A variety of areas cans serve as lucrative for the industry, from free-standing stalls, to takeaway counters, to forming a counter in or surrounding the premises of another business, like a garment mall or gas station.
