Abstract: Unusual clinical course Background:Prior studies suggest CT can identify bezoars under certain circumstances. Endoscopy provides diagnostic and therapeutic benefit in the setting of suspected aspirin bezoar. Does the absence of findings on CT scan exclude the presence of an aspirin bezoar?
