Farmer’s group dynamics on rice farming in using, legowo row planting system (jajar legowo system) in Ambulu sub district

Abstract: Group dynamics provide an overview of the activities of farmer groups in cultivating the jajar legowo system. Group dynamics are analyzed based on group goals, group structure, task function, group coaching, group cohesiveness, group pressure, group work effectiveness, and hidden intentions.
