Fast acidification conveyed by the Gulf Stream to the North Atlantic

Abstract: <p>Since 1750s human industrial activities have emitted large amounts of CO<sub>2</sub> into the atmosphere, increasing the atmospheric CO<sub>2</sub> content to unprecedent levels.
