Fast Control for Backlight Power-Saving Algorithm Using Motion Vectors from the Decoded Video Stream

Abstract: Backlight power-saving algorithms can reduce the power consumption of the display by adjusting the frame pixels with optimal clipping points under some tradeoff criteria.
