Fast spatiotemporal correlation spectroscopy to determine protein lateral diffusion laws in live cell membranes

Abstract: Spatial distribution and dynamics of plasma-membrane proteins are thought to be modulated by lipid composition and by the underlying cytoskeleton, which forms transient barriers to diffusion.
