Fat, water and ash content in Chlorophyceae, Rhodophyceae and Phaeophyceae macroalgae at Sepanjang Beach, Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Abstract: Communities in Sepanjang Beach have utilized the macroalgae as main ingredients in various special processed products. The objective of this study was to analyze the content of fat, water, and ash in Chlorophyceae, Rhodophyceae, and Phaeophyceae macroalgae at Sepanjang Beach, Yogyakarta, Indonesia to support optimization of macroalgae processed products.
