Abstract:Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a neuroinflammatory and neurodegenerative disease affecting the brain and spinal cord. Fatigue is a common disabling symptom from MS onset, however the mechanisms by which underlying disease processes cause fatigue remain unclear.
