Fatores preditivos de morbidade e mortalidade no trauma hepático

Abstract: OBJETIVO: Identificar os fatores preditivos de complicações e mortalidade em doentes operados com trauma hepático. MÉTODO: Estudo retrospectivo de 638 pacientes tratados no período de 1990 a 2003, identificando estatisticamente parâmetros epidemiológicos, fisiológicos e anatômicos associados com maior morbidade e mortalidade.
