Abstract: Aiming at the low accuracy of the Fault Diagnosis (FuDg) methods used in the Intelligent Substation Secondary System Communication Network (ISSSCN), a FuDg method of the ISSSCN based on the improved Time Convolution Network (TCN) is proposed.
